Understanding Teenagers 🌱
The teenage years can bring new challenges and opportunities for both young people and their families. This session will explore adolescent development, common behaviours, and the emotional and social changes that young people experience as they grow. Parents and caregivers will learn practical strategies for communicating effectively, setting healthy boundaries, supporting positive wellbeing, and maintaining strong family connections. Join us to gain confidence, share experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of how to support teenagers through this important stage of life. 🌿👨👩👧👦
